Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) : Changing the Architecture of Insolvency Resolution
In 2015 The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Bill (IBC) was introduced in the Lok Sabha, But it was given to the joint committee of the parliament for further modifications. In May 2016 both the houses of the parliament passed the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Bill 2016.
