Service and Dedication: Sen Community’s Guiding Light, Says Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla

Jaipur: Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla praised the Sen community for upholding service, hard work, and commitment as their supreme duties, values which he said have significantly contributed to nation-building. He noted that even in today’s era, the community continues to inspire the younger generation by nurturing them with education, skills, and strong cultural values. Shri Birla was speaking at the Talent and Bhamashah Felicitation Ceremony hosted by the National Nai Mahasabha in Jaipur on Friday (October 03, 2025)

At the event, outstanding youth achievers from the community, along with philanthropists dedicated to public service (Bhamashah), were honoured. Shri Birla emphasized that the recognition given was not just to individuals but to the entire ethos and cultural values of the community. He remarked that the true strength of any society lies in its tradition of service and generosity, which also acts as a guiding force for the future.

The Speaker underlined that Senji Maharaj, through his life and teachings, conveyed the eternal message that labour is the highest form of worship and service the noblest religion. He added that Narayani Mata embodies the foundation of faith and devotion, whose blessings have enabled the community to preserve its traditions and values for centuries. It is this spiritual strength, he noted, that has kept the community at the forefront of nation-building, enabling it to meet every challenge in every era with courage and commitment.

Appreciating the efforts of the National Nai Mahasabha, Shri Birla observed that the organisation is making significant contributions across the country through initiatives such as blood donation camps, healthcare services, de-addiction drives, and educational programmes. He noted that schemes like scholarships, coaching, and career guidance are opening new avenues for youth empowerment. Felicitation of talents, he added, not only recognises individual achievement but also instils fresh energy and self-confidence, inspiring society to reach greater heights.

Birla called upon the youth to make the ideals of Senji Maharaj and the teachings of Narayani Mata a part of their lives. He urged them to embrace education, skills, and technology to become self-reliant and to carry forward the tradition of service. He said that only when every youth of society becomes capable and self-reliant will it be possible to build a strong and self-reliant India.

The programme was attended by Pujya Shankaracharya Shri Pragyanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj, Shri Madan Rathore, MP Rajya Sabha, Rao Rajendra Singh,MP Lok Sabha MLA Shri Balamukund Acharya, MLA, Sen community Acharya Shri Champalal Maharaj, Dr. Soumya Gurjar, Mayor, Shri Puneet Karnawat, Deputy Mayor and Sen community’s State President Shri Ashok Sarna, along with a large number of community members.
