UP Police has planned to take help from ‘Naglik Suraksha’ to improve the traffic system in the temple city of Varanasi, the estern part of the state in India.
Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) of Varanasi Police Commissionerate Anil Kumar Singh has recently discussed with Naglik Suraksha’s Chief warden Keshav Jalan and Deputy Controller Neeraj Mishra on the issue here, official sources said today.
While discussing the organizational structure of the warden service, Shri Singh said that the cooperation of volunteers of the organization would be taken specially on festivals as well as on various occasions in the ancient city. Suggestions will be sought from the organization mainly to strengthen the traffic system, officials said.
Mr. Jalan honored Additional CP Mr. Singh with a memento. Divisional warden Sanjay Rai and Nidhi Dev Agarwal were also present in the meeting.
